Uddannelsesløft is a program that allows unemployed adults over 30 to complete a vocational education while receiving financial support equivalent to unemployment benefits.
Who can participate?
- Unemployed and receiving dagpenge (unemployment benefits)
- Age 30 or older
- Unskilled or with outdated skills
- Approved by your job center and A-kasse (unemployment insurance fund)
How it works
- Discuss with your caseworker at the job center
- Choose an education that matches labor market needs
- Get approval from both job center and A-kasse
- Start your education while receiving benefits
Financial support
During the education, you continue receiving an amount equivalent to 80% of your maximum dagpenge rate. This provides financial security while you study.
